Thank you for shopping with Bloom Bang Boom Studio! Each item is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
During high-volume seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Time Estimates
Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Orders cannot be changed once they have been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check with household members
- Check with neighbors
- Check with apartment offices or mail rooms
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
Damaged Packages
Bloom Bang Boom Studio carefully packages all items before shipping.
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the carrier becomes responsible for the shipment during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, you must file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Please keep:
- The damaged item
- All original packaging
- Shipping box and label
- Photos of the damage
These may be required by the carrier to process your claim.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
