All Sales Final

All purchases made through Bloom Bang Boom Studio are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and limited seasonal inventory, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before completing their purchase, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Variations or options

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been submitted.

Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.


Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated for seasonal or custom items.

Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.

We ship using the following carriers:

  • FedEx

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Shipping Damage

Once your package leaves our studio and is accepted by the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the shipment.

If your package arrives damaged, you must file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping carriers handle damage claims because they are responsible for the package during transit.

Customers should retain:

  • The damaged item
  • All packaging materials
  • Shipping box and labels

Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for damage caused during shipping once the package has been handed to the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Bloom Bang Boom Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the issue.

Customers may also wish to check with:

  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Apartment offices
  • Local post office

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Because many of our items are handmade or crafted with decorative materials, slight variations may occur including:

  • Ribbon placement
  • Mesh positioning
  • Decorative elements
  • Color variations due to lighting or screen displays

These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.
